The Oakgate property portfolio can be divided into three distinct categories: Core Investments, such as our headquarters building in the heart of Wetherby; Joint Ventures, like the multi-million pound Vangarde Business Park development at Monks Cross to the north-east of York; and developments such as the Newgate Shopping Centre in Bishop Auckland. All these investments and developments have been carefully selected with a view to their economic potential and are pro-actively managed and marketed.
