The Oakgate Group was formed in 1995 by Chairman, Paul Caddick, Chief Executive, John Grantham and Managing Director, Richard France.

They are supported by a friendly, professional and enthusiastic team including Alison Stewart, Property Director, Nigel Friskney and Sarah Palfreeman, PA to the Directors.

Objectives

• The primary objective of Oakgate is to develop and refurbish retail and leisure opportunities in the north of England, the Midlands and Scotland. In addition, the company will purchase free-standing investments where additional value can be added by pro-active property asset management.
• Oakgate concentrates its efforts on in-town locations, although suburban and out-of-town opportunities are also considered.
• Oakgate’s main drive in the immediate future will be property investment development and value enhancement. A substantial investment portfolio is being built up to provide for overheads, future dividends and further reinvestment.
